The only thing I don't like about personals is people start slamming the folks that post them. I didn't see anything wrong with this post--it's up to those that read it to decide whether to respond or not to the individual. Not once have I seen a personal posted that didn't get a ration of crap for doing that.
I know in the tribes that Master and i moderate we don't allow event postings as a thread. We always delete the post and message the poster off list that we deleted it and why, etc. It just keeps the focus where you want it to be. -

However, I can leave a standing order for Sedusa's. We always need help at that event.

I see that this poster does not have much information on their profile. I would think that it would be hard for to garner any genuine interest from a perspective submissive if the Top does not provide much information tin their solidification to garner interest.
Also, The top should also qualify themselves (provide stronger profile information is a start.) It is not a one way street.
